He has over 25 years’ experience managing large supply chain teams (250+ FTEs), delivering impactful insights through supply chain consulting engagements, and developing and selling data-driven and technology enabled supply chain solutions for Fortune 1000 companies across several industries, including power, utilities, and renewable energy, discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, automotive, financial services, and life sciences. His supply chain expertise centers specifically on Data-Driven Decision Support Strategies, Advanced Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analytics, Complex Contract Management, and Supplier Relationship Management. Rob has been recognized as a “Top Pro to Know” by Supply and Demand Chain Magazine, withparticular expertise in the application of enabling data-ization strategies and emerging technologies used to transform supply chains into high performing organizations driving measurable value to the business and to the customer community. Mr. Cissel holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
