The PowerAdvocate Customer Helpdesk is available from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time daily Monday through Friday, except for major US holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions

PowerAdvocate supports most web browsers, but performs best in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or beyond. Other browsers may cause certain functionality to be compromised. Please be sure to allow pop-ups from PowerAdvocate.

Regardless of whether you’re a current customer or you’re a supplier who’s been invited to participate in an event in our software, we’re happy to help. Please feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

The Customer Helpdesk is happy to support year-round outside of major US holidays. In 2020, the Helpdesk will be closed on:

  • New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1)
  • President’s Day (Monday, February 17)
  • Memorial Day (Monday, May 25)
  • Independence Day (Friday, July 3) - Observed
  • Labor Day (Monday, September 7)
  • Columbus Day (Monday, October 12)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26)
  • Christmas Day (Friday, December 25)

Note: PowerAdvocate Help Desk will be open to provide support on Friday, November 27 during normal business hours (8am ET – 8pm ET)
